Youth and Drug Education

A newly developed program providing Youth Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Community Based Education to Aboriginal Youth aged 10-24 years.

The Alcohol and other drug (AOD) prevention programs aims to:

  • Reduce AOD harms by supporting young people to avoid AOD use, delay, or reduce AOD use, and/or avoid AOD harmful behaviours.
  • Provide AOD preventative education and wellbeing programs for young people to address both the risk and protective factors associated with early age AOD use.

We look forward to implementing the Youth AOD Community Based Education program within the Macleay valley.

To learn more about the programs please contact reception on 0265602300 and ask to speak with our Youth Education AOD worker.
